She has over a decade of experience in marketing, specializing in paid media, sales, and artificial intelligence (AI) for brand growth. Maciel leads strategies at Play In The Heights and her own agency, "CACAU MACIEL - Jogue nas Alturas MKT".
In the entertainment industry, she is known for her acting roles in several telenovelas (soap operas) produced and broadcast by Rede Globo, including Sete Vidas, Verdades Secretas, and Geração Brasil, all in 2015. She also served as a presenter for an informational program between 2012 and 2013.
