Yuliya Vysotskaya, born Lyudmila in Novocherkassk, USSR, in 1962, was a Party executive and devoted communist who fought in World War II for Stalin's ideology. During a strike at the local electromotive factory, she witnessed a massacre of laborers under government orders to conceal mass strikes within the USSR. After this event, Lyudmila realized her daughter was missing amidst the chaos. Despite city-wide blockade and arrests, she searched for her daughter, marking a significant shift in her worldview.
