Growing up in the world's most isolated city as one of five children, she discovered her passion for performing early on, even appearing in school plays alongside the late actor Heath Ledger. Her media career began at the age of 18 as a radio DJ in the Australian outback before she moved into television, hosting lifestyle and travel specials such as Home in WA and the top-rated countdown Australia's Most Wanted.
In 2008, she relocated to the United States to pursue her dreams in Los Angeles, where she balanced work as a digital reporter for Yo! Venice with acting roles, most notably appearing as Dorothy in the HBO series True Blood. Her career later took her to Buffalo, New York, where she co-hosted AM Buffalo, and eventually to Houston, Texas in 2022. Today, she is a seven-time Telly Award-winning correspondent and media professional for Houston Life on KPRC 2, continuing to share stories as a journalist and TV personality.
