Lone Helmer (1940–1997) was a Danish actress known for a career spanning film and television, primarily active from the 1970s through the mid-1990s. Born Lone Elisabeth Helmer in Gentofte, Denmark, on December 11, 1940, she trained at the Odense Teater's acting school from 1963 to 1966. She featured in a variety of Danish productions, with a filmography that includes approximately 21 acting credits.
Helmer's notable film appearances include roles in the 1970 film The Ways of Women, Love Me Darling (1971), and Danish Pastries (1973), all directed by Gabriel Axel or Finn Karlsson. She is also recognized for her part as Carola in the 1974 erotic comedy In the Sign of the Taurus, a film that was part of the popular Danish "Sign" series.
Throughout the later stages of her career, Helmer appeared in other films such as Baby Doll (1988) and Fleas Bark Too, Don't They? (1996). She also made several appearances in Danish television series, including multiple episodes of Johansens sidste ugudelige dage (1988-1989) and Strisser på Samsø (1997).
Lone Helmer passed away from cancer on September 15, 1997, at the age of 56.
