Elvira Deatcu is a Romanian film and theater actress. She was born on March 22, 1972 in Bucharest, Romania. She graduated from Academy of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1995. In 1990, she plays first role in the TV movie Escu. Other notable roles in films :Lacrimi de iubire(2005), Cu un pas inainte (2007), Vlad (2019). Play on the stage of the theater ''Odeon'' from Bucharest. She is married with Horia Deatcu and they have two children Luca and Filip.
