Full Biography
"Hailing from Kreminna in Luhansk Oblast, Ukraine, Maryna honed her acting skills at the Kviv National I.K. Karpenko-Katy Theatre, Cinema, and Television University before making her television debut in an episode of Sniffer in 2017. She followed this with several TV appearances and a minor role in Rising Hawk (2019). However, it was her lead performance in Zabuti (The Forgotten), also released in 2019, that earned her critical acclaim, specifically the Best Actress award from the Ukrainian Film Academy. While she did showcase her figure in Zabuti, Maryna went further in the 2022 war film Sniper: The White Raven, appearing topless within its first five minutes during an intimate scene. Given such audacious career choices, we eagerly await her next performance."

Summary
Oxana is a biographical drama directed by Charlène Favier in 2024, set against the backdrop of Paris on July 23, 2018. The film follows Oxana Chatchko, a Ukrainian refugee and former leader of the radical feminist group FEMEN, as she prepares for the opening of her exhibition of blasphemous icons. Through her experiences on this day, the film explores Oxana's past activism, traumas, and reflections on her role in the global feminist movement.
