Their peaceful summer holiday turns into a nightmare when they discover a girl with severely mutilated hands in the forest nearby. They decide to help her by taking her away from the house where she's imprisoned, but this act enrages the locals who chase after them through the forest. The couple must navigate the unfamiliar terrain while trying to protect the girl and themselves.
