Summary
Directed by Mira Nair in 1996, 'Kama Sutra: A Tale of Love' is a historical romantic drama that explores themes of friendship, betrayal, and desire. Set in India, the film weaves a complex tale around the ancient Indian text on love and desire, the Kama Sutra. While not an explicit portrayal of eroticism as suggested by its title, the film delves into the intricacies of relationships and the destructive power of jealousy.
