Regina Russell, born Regina Marie Russell, is an American actress and film producer known for her role as Victoria Stratton in 'Scandal: Sweet Revenge' (2001). She also directed and produced the documentary 'QUIET RIOT: Well Now You're Here, There's No Way Back', which won several awards including Festival Honors at the Newport Beach Film Festival. Russell has appeared on numerous TV shows as a celebrity style expert and red carpet fashion critic, and she owned Celebrity Closet Raiders, a high-end designer resale store. She is engaged to Quiet Riot drummer Frankie Banali.

Story
