Gina Jackson embarked on this business in 1988 with her commercial looks and was able get signed with her very first meeting with a well known agency "Abrams Artist and Associates. Over a period of time she landed 31 national commercials and her most recent to date is the "Diet Pepsi" with David Beckham and Sofia Vagara" not to be confused with her character "Sofia Johnson" in her new exciting play "Can God's Love Reach you in the dark??". She also was fortunate to land co-star and guest star roles on Shows like "For Your Love" and Curb Your Enthusiasm" being able to put "Larry David" in his place in the episode "Affirmative Action". When casting began for "DreamGirls" Bill Condon needed a female who had the look of experience in her face to portray a tough no nonsense talent judge for the earlier scenes with "Jennifer Hudson" and "Beyonce Knowles" and audition "gina" which she was cast for the role. With her sense of humor and sassy characteristics she went on land the lead in an on going mini web series "Hollywood Reigns" playing as the title reads a sharp tough powerful holly wood agent with whom is not to be messed with. Not skipping a beat she landed her first role as a cast member in a heart warming and touching play title "Can God's Love Reach you in the Dark??".
