Story
In the neighborhood of Ottakring, Vienna, the death of the last godfather 'Disco' leaves a power vacuum. Sammy, a small-time crook with a good heart but abusive confidence, becomes Disco's heir despite his initial reluctance. Meanwhile, German economics student Valerie arrives in Vienna to study Ottakring's economic and social structure. As Sammy struggles to find Disco's business papers to prevent Frau Jahn from taking over Ottakring with her loan shark business, he crosses paths with Valerie.
