Your IP has to be stable while you are browsing the members area. You don't need a static IP but you will have access problems, if your IP is changing very often. So check your router settings, if you are using one. Using proxies or a VPN could also cause problems. Feel free to contact us before you subscribe to be sure: Mailform. A refund after using the login successfully is not possible!
Many of our clips are encoded with the latest version of DivX,. If you don't have a computer that meets these specifications, the quality of your DivX experience will suffer.
These minimum requirements are measured for full-screen (640x480) video playback with playback quality and post-processing settings at their lowest levels. Full playback quality and post-processing requires at least 15% more CPU power.
Windows:
- Windows XP/2000/Vista (32-bit)
- Pentium III 733Mhz CPU or equivalent for DivX Home Theater profile video
- Pentium IV 2.4Ghz CPU or equivalent for DivX High Definition profile video
- Graphics card with 64MB of RAM or more and supporting 24-bit color or better
- 24-bit color is recommended for best video quality
- Screen resolution of at least 800x600 recommended for DivX Home Theater profile video
- Screen resolution of at least 1024x768 recommended for DivX High Definition profile video
- DirectX 7-compatible sound card supporting 2 audio channels (stereo) sampled at 16-bit/44.1Khz or better
- DirectX 9 or higher
Mac:
- 500 MHz G4 or faster
- QuickTime 7
- Mac OS X 10.3.9
You should also have a good connection to the internet. The smallest clips are only a few kilobytes, but the biggest are more than 600mb megabyte. Free storage on your hard drive is also a good point. You will need it... ;-)
