I can't play any videos!
You can only play our clips using the "Watch online" link. You have to download the clip using the 'save as' function of your browser, if you want to play it with your standard player.
I hear sound when playing a clip but only see a black screen!
You have to download and install a small file called 'codec'. You can find details and a download link about which one is needed in the file information.
I installed DivX 3.11 but some movies won't play. What is wrong?

Why does my username/password not work for the message board?

I use the download manager "GetRight", but I'm unable to download any movies. It only downloads a html file. It happens with all files. Why?
Have you configured the login? You can find the option here: GetRight Configuration -> Login -> FTP & Basic. Enter your username/password combination for 'www.erotic4u.com' and 'www2.erotic4u.com'.

Take a look at the list of monitored files types. You can find this option here: GetRight Configuration -> General -> Monitor -> Types & Options. Add the following file types, if they are not already listed: '.mpg; .avi; .wmv; .mov;'. Have you tried the 'Drop Target' function?
I have the correct player and the correct codec, but the DivX clip won't play. What is wrong?
DivX needs a lot performance. Maybe your computer has not enough resources to playback such files. Try to reduce the quality: Preferences -> DivX codec -> Preferences -> Performance/Quality
